What is Insurance & corporate housing?

Insurance & Corporate housing is a form of temporary housing. The homes typically are fully furnished and offers all the amenities you need during your stay. FHS’s housing options are professionally designed and located in well-known neighborhoods in each state we operate within.

What standard amenities are available?

FHS’s corporate housing in Chicago includes various standard amenities, such as cooking oils and spices, high-speed internet, entertainment options, king beds, washers, dryers, and high-quality furniture. Also, the rentals include youth supplies such as high chairs, strollers, and pack and plays.

What premium amenities are available?

When you rent corporate housing by owner from FHS, you also have access to premium amenities. The amenities depend on the rental you choose but might include stick hockey tables, arcade systems, pool tables, air hockey tables, or racing simulators!

Are pets welcome?

Yes!
Some HOA’s, cities or villages have limits, but 1 or 2 pets won’t be an issue with our company.

Are rates based on length of stay?

Yes, you can save money by locking in a longer lease. The rates vary by rental, so review our web-site for latest rates. Remember, temporary housing fills up fast, so you don’t want to put off signing a lease!

Do you only accept reservations from companies?

No, both companies and individuals can reserve a corporate housing rental from FHS. You can book a rental online, or contact FHS directly for help.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

You must reserve a minimum of 30 nights when you book one of our corporate housing rentals. Many corporate housing companies require that people stay at least 6 months, so you have much more flexibility with FHS.

Are the homes close to attractions?

Yes, our properties are within neighborhoods, which offers the same local attractions that each resident have access to. The attractions depend on the area you stay in. For instance, if you choose corporate housing in the Bolingbrook area, you’ll be close to the Promenade, which is a 75,000 square-foot-per-air shopping center. If you choose insurance housing in the Joliet area, you’ll be near two casinos, while the Berwyn & Summit areas will give you easy access to The Art Institute, Lake Michigan, and more. These are just a few examples of the numerous attractions you can visit.

Are utilities included?

Yes, all rentals include utilities as well as cable and internet. FHS takes care of everything for you, so you can enjoy your rental.

Will I have to pay for parking?

No. The rentals include free parking.

What time is check-in and checkout?

You can check into your rental at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. when you book a corporate housing rental through FHS.

Do I pay in full when I book?

It depends on the rental that you choose. Some of the rentals require full payment at the time of the booking. Others only require as low as 25% down, and then you may pay the remaining balance 14 days before the reservation.

What is the cancellation policy?

You will receive a 95% refund on prepaid payments as long as you cancel at least 45 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival, you’ll get back 50% of your prepaid payments. If you cancel after that, you will not receive a refund.

What is the security deposit policy?

FHS requires a deposit, before any tenant accesses a property. The amount adjusts based on property, time, and pets. Generally speaking, deposits start at $500.

Will I have access to outdoor spaces?

Yes, corporate housing includes access to outdoor areas. You can choose a property with a private terrace, garden, barbecue grills, and more. If you are traveling with kids, you can even choose a corporate rental with a nearby playground.

Can an entire family stay in a corporate house rental?

Absolutely. The rentals were decorated and designed with the entire family in mind. Families can live comfortably when they stay in one of these fully furnished corporate rentals.

Why is your temporary housing better than staying in a hotel?

Insurance & Corporate housing provides larger accommodations, a home like atmosphere, and premium amenities at a fair cost. Hotels will provide 1-2 rooms, however with FHS, you enjoy the entire use of the property, and you’ll feel like you are at home.
