Bob Wilson is Chief Executive Officer at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for creating, communicating, and ensuring the execution of our organization’s vision, mission, policies, and overall direction.

Prior to FreeStand, he served as an Area Sales Manager for Comcast Cable, where he led the door to door sales teams in the quest to increase market share.

A Chicago native, Bob attained his Bachelors with DeVry University, with a focus in Business Technical Management. Chicago Bears football is his first love, but his main love is his wife and son!

Brandon Harris

Brandon Harris is the President of Sales and Operations at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for monitoring compliance, setting and measuring KPI’s, increasing sales, documenting and implementing policies, strategic planning, and perfecting our operational procedures.

Prior to FreeStand, he served as a Senior Account Specialist for a Corporate Food Packaging Company. In this role, he’s been responsible for generating over $7 million in annual revenue. Prior to that, Brandon served as Regional Director of Sales at AT&T.

From humble beginnings in Broadview IL, he earned a Music Scholarship to attend VanderCook College of Music in Chicago IL. Brandon made a successful transition to business management in his early 20s. In his spare time, he enjoys sports, and playing jazz trumpet.

Leslie Wilson

Leslie Wilson is the Finance Manager at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for thorough and precise financial planning / forecasting, implementing new accounting systems, increasing productivity in accounting and budgeting, improving our bookkeeping, as well as our departmental communications and collaboration.

Prior to FreeStand, she served as a Tax Analyst at Ryerson INC. where she processed property taxes for multiple locations in the U.S.

A New York native, Leslie studied at Bronx Community college. She enjoys swimming, cooking & horseback riding!

Sherell Harris

Sherell Green is a Project Manager at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for managing our portfolio of properties, including the design, as well as overseeing our cleaning staff- their assigned duties, inspecting work, and managing the QC standards of our business.

Prior to FreeStand Home Solutions, Sherell served as an administrative assistant in the medical field. She also owned a small cleaning business within the restaurant industry.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Sherell attended Triton College. She enjoys interior home design, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Melissa Harris

Melissa Harris is the Relocation Manager at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for all housing department personnel, including establishing guidelines for timely responses, effective communications, & general support processes for our clients & tenants.

Prior to FreeStand, she served as a Quality Assurance Analyst for a financial institution, where she monitored compliance and evaluated processes.

A Chicago native, Melissa studied at Colorado Technical University. Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her family, listening to music, and trying out new foods.

Kayla Cantu - Relocation Specialist

Kayla Cantu | Relocation Specialist

Kayla Cantu is a Relocation Specialist at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for contract preparation/execution, client service relations.

Prior to FreeStand, she served as a Leasing Agent where she handled contracts, tenant services, and overall care of the property.

Born in Illinois and raised in Naperville. She attended school at College of DuPage and Illinois Media School. In her free time, she enjoys video games, reading horror novels, and digital art.

Erin Vaughn | Relocation Specialist

Erin Vaughn is a Sr. Relocation Specialist at FreeStand Home Solutions and is responsible for contract preparation/execution, checkout report management, and client service relations.

Prior to FreeStand, she served as a Business Administrator at Select Striping, LLC where she managed contractual documents and assisted with the daily operations of the company.

Born in Texas into a military family, she recently settled in San Antonio, TX where she graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her free time consists of spending quality time with her husband and children, rollerblading, and tackling as many DIY home projects as she can.

John Watt | Inspector & Maintenance Support

John Watt works as a property inspector in our maintenance department. While he supports most business operations, his focus is inspecting FHS homes, post guest check-out, basic cleaning, and minor repairs.

Prior to FreeStand, he served as a home improvement private contractor, performing small minor repairs, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting related jobs.

Born in Illinois and raised in Chicago. John attended Marshall high school and enjoys fishing in his spare time.
